Long maceration on the skins for 30 days

 

Fermentation: 

In stainless steel tanks at 28 - 30 °C

 

Aging:

In French and Slavonian oak tonneau (100% oaks of second & third use) for 12 months and in bottle for 4 months

 

Aging Potential:

10 years
